After a corporate career in accounting and finance, Kevin tried Pilates and found an exercise routine that not only complimented his body, but gave him a real sense of holistic wellness.  Kevin works closely with Osteopaths and Physiotherapists, assisting people with their rehabilitation treatment. 

He also teaches Pilates to runners and cyclists who are looking for exercises that will help to maintain their agility, stamina and ease of movement.
