BodyMap's studio classes include Mat, Barre, Core Focus and Hanna Somatics.
All our studio classes are small and friendly, with a maximum of six to eight participants in each class. They are based on breathe, correct alignment, balance, precise initiation and spinal articulation.
BodyMap's Reformer classes are semi-private sessions, with a maximum for three participants.
In these classes you will develop long, lean overall muscle tone, postural correction, core strength, improved flexibility, balance, body awareness and accelerated results.
