How to practice

  1. 1Exhale completely through your mouth with a whoosh sound
  2. 2Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose for 4 counts
  3. 3Hold your breath for 7 counts
  4. 4Exhale completely through your mouth with a whoosh for 8 counts
  5. 5Repeat for at least 4 cycles
