How to practice
- 1Exhale completely through your mouth with a whoosh sound
- 2Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose for 4 counts
- 3Hold your breath for 7 counts
- 4Exhale completely through your mouth with a whoosh for 8 counts
- 5Repeat for at least 4 cycles
