How to practice

  1. 1Soak cooling towels or bandanas in cold water, wring out, and apply to neck, wrists, or head
  2. 2Works best in low humidity environments
  3. 3Re-soak as needed when cooling effect diminishes
  4. 4Keep multiple cooling items ready for rotation

Important for MS: Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting new techniques, especially if you have specific MS-related concerns. Individual responses to techniques vary, and what works for one person may need adjustment for another.
