How to practice

  1. 1Seated exercise options: arm bikes, rowing machines, seated weight lifting
  2. 2Resistance bands for strength training
  3. 3Stationary bikes (recumbent or upright) for aerobic exercise
  4. 4Balance equipment: cushions, balance boards (with supervision)
  5. 5Work with physical therapist to select appropriate equipment
