How to practice

  1. 1Identify a specific memory or issue to work on
  2. 2Hold the memory in mind while following bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sounds)
  3. 3Notice what comes up without judgment
  4. 4Install positive beliefs and resources
  5. 5Process continues until the memory loses its emotional charge
