How to practice

  1. 1Notice physical sensations in your body
  2. 2Track sensations without trying to change them
  3. 3Allow sensations to complete their cycle
  4. 4Use pendulation (moving between comfortable and uncomfortable sensations)
  5. 5Build capacity for regulation
